Payment Options
- Option 1: Payment in full (exclusive of insurance benefits)-receive a 7% bookkeeping courtesy is given for payment in full (Cash or Check) at the Initial Bonding date (the placement of braces or appliance). 5% bookkeeping courtesy given for payments in full charged on a credit card.
- Option 2: Flexible Payment Plans (Orthodontists Fee Plan®), Interest Free Chase Health Advance®-Interest rates vary depending on credit and length of plan selected (12 to 60 months). For more information visit www.chasehealthadvance.com or call 1-888-519-6111.
- Option3: Office Payment Plan-Payments are interest-free and monthly. Payments are due at the first of every month.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
