Sally Ilgner

Office Manager

Sally, a former Air Jamaica flight attendant, left the skies to join Dr. Naidu at the beginning of his career, making her the longest working Naidu Orthodontic team member. She is now responsible for managing all aspects of the practice. She is one of the first team members to meet with our patients and explain their treatment and financing options and enjoys being a crucial part of helping them accomplish their new smile. On the weekends you may find Sally scoring goals on a soccer field, enjoying a good match on TV, or jogging. She also enjoys spending time with her three children and traveling abroad, especially to her native home, Jamaica.

Carmen Izquierdo

Certified Dental Assistant/ Lead Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

Every office needs a Carmen, an orthodontic assistant with vast experience of over 21 years and a generous heart. She is very knowledgeable and stays current with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies. Carmen enjoys assisting Dr. Naidu, especially with SureSmile robotic technology and getting to know her patients is the rewarding part of her job. Carmen is a native of Spain and enjoys spending time with her two boys in the warm Florida sun and dancing.

Lobna (Lulu) Albasssam

Orthodontic Technician/Receptionist

Lulu is a graduate from FIU with a major in Biology and minor in Psychology. She is also planning on attending dental school in the near future. Lulu is the voice you will hear on the phone explaining any upcoming procedures you may have as she plays a key role in coordinating appointments, taking records, and tending to your questions prior to your appointment. She loves meeting new people and seeing their amazing smile transformations. Lulu enjoys traveling, a good movie, and a great time with friends.

Dravi Naidu

Radiograph/Sterilization Technician

Dravi  works at the front desk and the clinical area where he analyzes and measures patients’ X-rays and prepares chairs for appointments. Dravi enjoys working in this office because of the true family atmosphere our team has created and because of our patients, who he thinks are awesome! Dravi is the youngest of four brothers, one of whom is Dr. Naidu! He attends Florida Atlantic University as a full time student in pursuit of an accounting degree and plans to obtain his CPA license. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, going to the beach, mountain biking, and playing video games.

Luis Ochoa

Marketing Coordinator/Digital Treatment Simulation Specialist

Luis has worked with Dr. Naidu since 2007 as our advertising coordinator and treatment plan simulator. Our patients love to be able to see what their smile will look like at the end of their treatment, and with Luis’ savvy software skills, they can! He really does it all and enjoys the challenge of creativity and improving his skills to help our patients and our practice. Luis is a sports enthusiast who loves to watch and play soccer and basketball. He also practiced martial arts for over eight years!

Hend Sherif

Orthodontic Technician/Receptionist

Hend, an Egyptian native and graduate from FIU, is currently pursuing her career as a dentist and is grateful to be learning so much from Dr. Naidu. She is one of our office’s multi-taskers and can be seen doing everything from answering the phones at the front desk to taking X-rays and pictures. Hend enjoys her daily interactions with our many unique patients and loves to see the before and after smile comparisons in the photos she takes. Hend likes to spend her free time jet-skiing, wake boarding, playing soccer, painting, and volunteering at homeless shelters.

Yeidy Collazo

Sterilization Technician

Yeidy is one of our sterilization techs and likes working with our team because of the rewarding and fun atmosphere we’ve created. She enjoys working with people and feels that being in the orthodontic field gives her the chance to work with interesting people in a constantly changing environment. Yeidy appreciates Dr. Naidu’s approach to keeping our office up-to-date with technology and takes many opportunities to learn new things. Yeidy enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and drawing on her free time.

Daimy Rodriguez

Lab/Orthodontic Records Technician

Daimy plays an important role in our office as she prepares our patients for their treatment by taking photos and pouring casts for treatment diagnoses, and by making and trimming retainers for patients who have had their braces removed. She likes to see the transformations of our patients’ smiles from the beginning to the end of their treatment and the changes in impressions from their initial appointment. When she’s not in the office, Daimy enjoys running and acting.

George Wilson

Sterilization/Inventory Specialist

In addition to working in our clinic as a sterilization tech, George can also be found taking patients’ X-rays and assisting Dr. Naidu with anything he needs. He likes to meet new people, making working in the orthodontic field a great fit! George appreciates the quick pace of our office and the variety of responsibilities he has. He also enjoys working with our energetic and knowledgeable staff. Outside the office, George enjoys going to car racing events and flying airplanes as he is studying to be a pilot.

Ana Maria Mejia

Orthodontic Assistant

Ana Maria is an orthodontic assistant here at Naidu Orthodontics, so she is involved with all aspects of our patietns’ treatment from bonding to debonding. She enjoys watching our patients’ confidence grow as their smiles improve. Ana Maria likes working with Dr. Naidu because of the many things she learns from him every day. Ana Maria has two gorgeous sons and in her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Michelle Craig

Patient Relations

Michelle works at our front desk answering phones, coordinating treatments and appointments, and verifying insurance. She is always available to answer any questions our patients may have about their care and wants their experience with our office to be as hassle-free as possible. She enjoys seeing our patients grow up into young adults during there time with us. Michelle is married with two beautiful daughters who she loves spending time with.

Diana Salazar

Orthodontic Assistant

Diana is involved with all aspects of our patients’ treatment from their initial bonding, throughout their adjustments, and to their debonding appointment. She really enjoys orthodontics and providing the best possible treatment results, which is a passion she shares with Dr. Naidu and the rest of our team. When she’s not in the office, Diana likes dancing, drawing, billiards, and going to the circus. She is also studying computer animation.

Andres Benavides

Orthodontic Assistant

Andres, one of our orthodontic assistants, helps our patients get great smiles by assisting Dr. Naidu chairside with bondings, bands, and wires. Andres enjoys seeing the progress our patients make when they have braces and the beautiful smiles they end up with. Andres appreciates Dr. Naidu’s knowledge and experience and takes many opportunities to learn new things. When not in the office, Andres enjoys running, rollerblading, studying, and watching movies.
